You will need to buy or get a prescription for a Dexcom Clarity sensor, which you attach to your body. Log in with your Dexcom account to view patterns and trends so you can make informed decisions to help you manage your diabetes. It lets you:
Check in with the Summary dashboard to track your progress.
With Reports, you can view, save, print or email any or all of Clarity's reports.
Share to accept your clinic's sharing code to access your data amd make your appointments more efficient.

FreeStyle LibreLink – GB
FreeStyle LibreLink is an app you use to scan a FreeStyle Libre 2 sensor to keep track of your blood sugar levels, also known as blood glucose levels. It is suitable for all adults and children.
You will need to buy or get a prescription for a FreeStyle Libre 2 sensor, which you attach to your body.
Open the FreeStyle LibreLink app on your phone and scan the FreeStyle Libre 2 sensor to activate it.
The FreeStyle Libre 2 sensor will measure your blood sugar levels for up to 14 days in a row.
**Self-monitoring of blood glucose levels will require an additional device and should only be carried out by patients that have been suitably trained.
